Once your order has been received by the Hi-Grade Materials team, our central dispatch will reach out via phone call to place and/or adjust your requested order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation call from Hi-Grade Materials’ central dispatch approximately (24) hours prior to delivery. You MUST respond to this confirmation call by 4:00pm the day before shipment, or your order will not be shipped. Requested delivery times are not guaranteed, and are based solely on availability.
